Wired For Success: What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school certification, associate degree, or electrical apprenticeship preferred.
• 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, motor controls, PLCs, and industrial automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Experience using electrical testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and electrical safety practices.
• PLC troubleshooting and programming experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with VFDs, servo drives, automated production equipment, and instrumentation.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred.

Power Up Production: Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and control system failures.
• Install, maintain, and repair motors, transformers, control panels, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Conduct inspections, testing, calibration, and diagnostics using electrical testing equipment.
• Replace defective wiring, relays, breakers, switches, motors, and other electrical components.
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow all OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E, and company safety standards.
