As a  Remote Benefits Representative , you'll serve as a professional resource for individuals and families interested in learning more about available financial-protection options.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals and families interested in available benefits

• Ask questions to better understand each client's needs and priorities

• Listen carefully to questions and concerns

• Explain benefit and coverage information in clear, understandable language

• Help clients evaluate available options

• Provide personalized, needs-focused recommendations

• Assist eligible clients with applications and enrollment
