We are seeking an Intermediate Micro-Electronics Assemblerfor our Operations groupThis is a great opportunity for a "hands-on get-it-done" individual to contribute to the corporation's future growth. This position is onsite in Torrance, CA. In this role of Micro Electronic Assembler, you have the opportunity to:
Learn and understand Mercury's product lines as it pertains to operations. Become a member of a growing manufacturing group that specializes in electro-mechanical assemblies. Build upon basic understandings of the overall products and of electro-mechanical hardware. Maintain company policies and adhere to ISO9001/AS9100 quality requirements in production coordination efforts. Job Responsibilities:

- Performs a wide variety of shipment preparations for electrical/mechanical products.
- Prepares completed Assemblies for Final inspections by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and routers.
- Prepares Products for shipment per Mil-Standard.
- Must continuously meet/exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards.
- Maintain logs, paperwork, and forms accurately consistent with company policy and practices.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Typically requires 2-5 years of experience
- Solder Certification to IPC J-STD-001
- High School Diploma/GED
- Familiarity with PC software (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and to execute under pressure
- Good Communication skills, problem-solving ability, and adaptability are preferred
- Eagar and motivated to learn, work, and grow with Mercury
