Supervisory IT Specialist (INFOSEC)

Operations Management Division DirectorThe incumbent serves as the Operations Management Division Director and will be responsible for performing the following duties and responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:Lead and manage the Operations Management Division (OMD), overseeing technical engineers and IT support staff through subordinate supervisors across multiple branches.Provide oversight, management, and guidance for integrating and maintaining IT operational systems to deliver seamless IT services to OIG employees nationwide.Direct projects supporting infrastructure changes, new capabilities, and products for customers, including strategic planning, budgeting, and program execution.Develop and implement major IT policies and services in collaboration with senior executives, ensuring alignment with OIG mission and strategic goals.Ensure effective cybersecurity practices are established and maintained to protect OIG data, devices, and networks.Deliver high-quality IT products and services to OIG employees, including customer service and help desk operations for all mission and business systems.Lead planning, implementation, and maintenance of public and private cloud infrastructure and platform solutions to support OIG applications.Develop and track key performance indicators to ensure delivery of high-quality IT services and continuous improvement based on customer feedback and metrics.Provide management and technical strategy support to modernization projects, including feasibility studies, quality assurance, configuration management, and risk management.Build, motivate, and mentor a world-class operations and customer support team, promoting professional development and a collaborative, high-performing culture.
