Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 / Year DOE Responsibilities Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to facilitate smooth project execution. Oversee field operations and maintain quality control on job sites. Read and interpret construction plans to ensure proper sequencing of tasks. Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and problem-solving. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Requirements Field experience in commercial construction is required. Interior tenant improvement experience is required. Ability to read plans and understand job sequencing is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Minimum of 2 years of commercial construction experience is required. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Possession of a truck for transportation of supplies is preferred.
