We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Executive Assistant to serve as the right-hand support to the Executive Team. This role is critical to the smooth operation of the company and includes acting as a gatekeeper, managing communications, compiling company data, maintaining physical and digital files, supporting restaurant POS systems, handling data entry, managing office electronics, and assisting with special projects.

This individual plays a key role in keeping operations organized while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

• Comfortable using computer software systems (Google Workspace preferred)

• Must love dogs – We often have one or more dogs in the office, and they’re always happy to escort you to Centennial Park on your break ????

Executive & Administrative Support

• Act as gatekeeper for the Executive Team

• Facilitate clear and effective communication channels

• Coordinate communication between staff, customers, and vendors

• Manage special projects as assigned

Data Entry & Accounting Support

• Track departmental data

• Process vendor payments

• Reconcile sales to deposits

• Prepare bank deposits

• Invoice customers

POS & Operations Support

• Provide restaurant POS support

• Assist with menu editing and printing

• Manage office electronics

Organization & Office Support

• Maintain organization of physical and digital files

• Tidy office and conference rooms

• Provide customer service support across departments

• Cross-train and assist in other departments as needed
