Customer Marketing Manager

Focused on driving customer advocacy and engagement, the full-time remote Customer Marketing Manager will manage customer storytelling, oversee the Customer Advisory Board, and design expansion marketing programs to enhance customer relationships and generate growth opportunities. Key responsibilities Develop compelling customer narratives and advocacy programs to turn satisfied customers into vocal advocates Own and evolve the Customer Advisory Board, ensuring actionable insights are communicated to cross-functional teams Design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at generating expansion pipeline across the existing customer base Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in customer marketing or demand generation Demonstrated experience building or scaling customer advocacy programs Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs Exceptional written communication skills for developing detailed content briefs and customer narratives
