Your expertise will be needed to coordinate the services of other healthcare providers, communicate with health insurance companies, and oversee the work of visiting nurses. A strong background in physical assessment, diagnostic interpretation, and effective communication will be essential in developing a personalized care plan that aligns with physician orders and incorporates thorough initial assessments.
