What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with neonatologists to provide expert neonatal care in Level III-IV NICUs
• Cover high-risk delivery and acute NICU cases, sharing responsibilities during shifts
• Work in a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for neonates
• Provide round-the-clock coverage in Level II units with in-house NNPs and neonatologists
• Participate in delivery attendances and emergency response as needed (no transport duties)
• Engage in patient care planning, assessments, and treatments for newborns in NICU settings

What You Need:

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification (cannot accept FNP or other NP certs)
• Minimum of 2 years NNP experience preferred
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
