Work Environment\n

This full-time role is entirely remote, providing you the flexibility to work from any location within the state of New Jersey. Our telehealth platform allows for seamless engagement with patients through secure, user-friendly technology. The work schedule ensures a balanced lifestyle, with no weekend shifts required. Full-time hours are set from Monday to Friday, each day comprising 8 working hours, while part-time options are available to accommodate individual scheduling preferences. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy strategies that align with their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methodologies including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy for individuals, groups, and families.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care delivery.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

The patients we serve range across a variety of demographics, including individuals, families, and couples coping with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
