Neuroscience Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Wausau, WI

Pfizer seeks a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional to drive territory sales and customer engagement for migraine therapies in Wisconsin and Michigan. The role combines in-person and virtual customer relationship management with disease state education and strategic business development.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and customer acquisition within assigned territory
Develop and implement territory call plans with targeted engagement strategies
Educate healthcare providers on product value propositions using approved clinical and disease state information
Build and maintain customer relationships through in-person and virtual engagement
Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and support business objectives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Associate's with 6+ years, or high school with 8+ years)
Minimum 2 years professional sales, marketing, customer service, account management, or healthcare experience
Valid US driver's license with clean driving record
Live within 25 miles of assigned territory border
Strong product knowledge, customer engagement, and business acumen skills
Proficiency with digital and virtual collaboration tools

Compensation: $76,000–$199,600 base annually, plus quarterly sales incentive bonus
