Neuroscience Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Rochester Hills, MI

Pfizer seeks a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional to drive sales and build customer relationships in an assigned territory covering Rochester Hills and surrounding areas. The role combines in-person and virtual engagement, territory management, and product promotion focused on migraine therapy.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth in assigned territory through strategic account management
• Develop and execute business and territory call plans using both in-person and virtual engagement strategies
• Build and maintain customer relationships by leveraging approved product and disease state education materials
• Analyze internal reports and data to identify and implement strategic business opportunities
• Collaborate across internal teams to address customer needs and advance business objectives compliantly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (2+ years sales/marketing, 6+ years with associate's degree, or 8+ years with high school diploma)
• Minimum 2 years in professional sales, marketing, customer service, account management, or relevant healthcare roles
• Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
• Live within 25 miles of assigned territory (Rochester Hills, Port Huron, Auburn Hills, Clinton Township)
• Preferred: 1+ year pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales/marketing experience
• Strong product and disease state knowledge; proficiency with digital and virtual engagement tools

Compensation: $76,000–$199,600 base annually, plus quarterly sales incentive bonus
