Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse seeking a dynamic and rewarding role in a fast-paced Emergency Department? - We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives! Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process. - Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in patient care delivery. - Anticipate and plan for safe delivery of care in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy. - Maintain clinical competencies through continual education and professional development. - Delegate patient care priorities effectively, aligned with team members' education and experience. - Offer direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care. Position Details: - Shift: DAYS 7AM - 7:30PM (3x12s) Will Consider 48-hr. Guarantee - Start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance. - Charge Nurse Experience preferred (additional pay for experience). - Must be willing to float among departments. - Join our established team in a facility with 38 beds! Required Qualifications: - 2 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Department setting. - Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. - Valid AZ Nursing License. - Experience with Cerner EMR is required. - Scrub colors/dress code: Black. Facility Certifications: - Trauma Level III Certified. - Stroke Receiving. - STEMI Receiving. - NIH certification recommended but not required.
