Salesforce Developer and Admin

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in Salesforce administration and enterprise software development.

• Proficiency in Apex programming and building scalable custom enterprise backend solutions.

• Experience in optimizing complex SOQL database queries and executing cross-table data retrievals.

• Experience with designing dynamic Salesforce forms and implementing rigorous field-level security validations.

• Experience in administering enterprise user profiles and managing secure service account access protocols.

• Experience with troubleshooting production defects and ensuring overarching CRM system stability.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate technical stakeholder requirements discovery.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy technical bug fixes to maintain the stability of critical workforce solutions.

• Develop robust programmatic backend processes utilizing custom Apex code to support enterprise operations.

• Optimize slow-running SOQL queries to significantly improve database data retrieval performance.

• Configure and maintain complex dynamic forms while enforcing strict field-level data validation rules.

• Administer secure user access profiles and configure service account permissions across the platform.

• Troubleshoot daily operational platform issues and execute rapid resolutions for workforce applications.

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions with business stakeholders and generate comprehensive status reports.
