EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred); Salesforce Administrator experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY:

Strong Salesforce Administration, Apex Development, SOQL, Forms Configuration, Field-Level Security, Profiles & Permission Sets, Validation Rules, Production Support, Troubleshooting, Stakeholder Communication, Ability to work independently.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS NICE TO HAVE

Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Advanced Administrator.

WORK EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE

Workforce Management solutions, Government/Public Sector experience, Salesforce Lightning, Integrations, Service Cloud, Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer, configure, and maintain the organization's Salesforce environment.
• Design, configure, update, and maintain Salesforce forms, objects, and business processes.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and custom solutions.
• Configure and maintain field-level security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and validation rules.
• Write and optimize SOQL queries to improve system performance and data retrieval.
• Troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and provide ongoing application support.
• Manage user accounts, service accounts, profiles, and security configurations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Prepare status reports, technical documentation, and implementation updates.
• Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Work independently to deliver assignments within established timelines.
• Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance activities, and operational improvements of the Workforce solution built on Salesforce.
