We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associate in Carrollton TX 75006 with $19.19/hr pay for a 3-month temp to permanent opportunity. This is a 100% hands-on, physically demanding manual labor position. There are NO forklifts or cherry pickers—you will rely entirely on physical strength, manual tools (pallet jacks, push carts, hand trucks), and repetitive heavy lifting to meet daily production targets independently. – APPLY NOW!

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

SUMMARY :

• Environment: Non-climate-controlled facility (temperatures vary by weather—please dress accordingly).
• Physical Requirements : Highly demanding manual labor role requiring repetitive heavy lifting of up to 100 lbs throughout your entire shift..
• Independent Pace: Must be self-driven, capable of learning new tasks quickly on the fly, and comfortable working autonomously and hit daily production targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Process incoming and outgoing orders (files, books, binders, tapes) using proprietary software and handheld scanners.
• Lift, move, arrange, and transport storage boxes, bins, and totes ranging from 24 lbs to 100+ lbs unassisted.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, hand carts) across warehouse floors, inclines, and stairs.
• Manually load boxes onto pallets, shrink-wrap pallets, and stage orders onto trucks.

What You’ll Do:

• Frequent kneeling, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and ladder climbing.
• Ability to perform prolonged heavy physical exertion in a warehouse setting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable lifting and carrying boxes up to 100 lbs. without assistance.
• Willing and able to walk, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience using basic warehouse tools or willingness to learn (pallet jacks, carts, scanners).
• Protective footwear required: Must meet ASTM F2413-11 standards and be slip-resistant (rated Better or Best).
• Safety-minded and dependable, with attention to detail.
