Security Operations Specialist

A client of Insight Global is looking to bring a Security Operations Specialist onto the team. - The Security Operations Center (SOC) is a 24/7 global crisis monitoring and reporting center that provides time-critical indications and warning and command and control for weather-related emergencies, natural disasters, criminal activities, and geo-political crises affecting our colleagues across the global enterprise. The SOC the Central Alarm Monitoring Station and single point of contact for all emergency and non-emergency physical security and safety issues. The SOC documents and reports all necessary information and coordinates communication and/or necessary actions to ensure a proper and timely response to all crisis/physical security incidents. Estimated pay 18-21/HR

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Have some technical aptitude
- Experience working with cameras and/or alarm systems


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- SOC Experience huge plus
- Any technical security experience
