NOW HIRING – Experienced Bilingual Tax Credit Leasing Consultant | Bradenton, FL

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Tax Credit Leasing Consultant (English/Spanish) for a multifamily apartment community in Bradenton, FL .

To be considered, applicants MUST:

• Be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Have previous multifamily apartment leasing experience
• Have Tax Credit (LIHTC) leasing experience

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday (some weekends may be required)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct apartment tours and convert prospects into residents.
• Process applications, certifications, recertifications, leases, renewals, and move-in paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC/Tax Credit regulations and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Verify income and required documentation for Tax Credit eligibility.
• Follow up with prospective residents by phone, email, and text.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Maintain accurate leasing records using property management software.
• Assist in achieving occupancy and leasing goals.

Requirements:

• REQUIRED: Previous multifamily apartment leasing experience.
• REQUIRED: Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience.
• REQUIRED: Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, Entrata, RealPage, AppFolio, or similar property management software is preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
