Express Employment Professionals is preparing to hire for a Bilingual Medical Receptionist with an OBGYN located in the Bradenton, FL area.


Duties Include:
- Greeted and assisted patients in both English and Spanish, providing excellent customer service.
- Scheduled appointments, confirmed patient visits, and managed provider calendars.
- Answered multi-line phone systems and directed calls appropriately.
- Verified patient insurance information and updated medical records.
- Processed patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Maintained confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collected copayments and handled basic billing inquiries.
- Assisted healthcare providers with administrative tasks and patient communication.
- Managed filing, scanning, faxing, and other office duties.
- Translated information between patients and medical staff when needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
- Ability to answer phones and manage appointments
- Athena experience is required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
