Commercial Property Manager

About the Role Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in Honolulu. This role combines property operations, tenant relations, owner communication, lease administration, vendor management, and financial oversight . The ideal candidate is organized, service-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working with property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations and performance of assigned commercial properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, vendors, and improvement projects. Review vendor proposals, scopes of work, and service agreements. Monitor property budgets, operating expenses, and financial performance. Review lease obligations, rent increases, renewals, and key lease milestones. Conduct regular property inspections and address operational issues. Partner with accounting and operations teams on reporting and portfolio goals. Provide owners with timely updates, recommendations, and property performance insights. Resolve tenant and property concerns professionally and efficiently. Required Qualifications Relevant experience in commercial property management, real estate, property administration, or a related support role . Active Hawaii Real Estate License or willingness to obtain required licensing credentials . Experience with commercial, retail, office, industrial, or mixed-use properties preferred. Understanding of leases, property operations, maintenance, and financial reporting. Strong communication, organization, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Ability to travel to commercial properties throughout Oahu. Preferred Qualifications Commercial Property Manager experience. Experience with lease administration and tenant relations. Experience managing vendors, budgets, and capital improvement projects. Knowledge of Hawaii commercial real estate practices.
