Focus:

Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial growth strategy across biological materials, specialty reagents, and related life sciences markets.
Lead sales, business development, marketing, and customer-facing operations, establishing clear performance expectations and accountability.
Expand relationships with diagnostic manufacturers, biopharmaceutical organizations, research customers, contract development partners, and international distribution channels.
Leverage an established industry network to identify strategic accounts, create new revenue opportunities, and accelerate market penetration.
Direct commercial initiatives supporting the expansion of protein-based biological materials, antibody products, and specialized research offerings.
Guide strategic account development and distribution partnerships, including commercial negotiations, customer retention, and channel performance.
Establish pricing frameworks that account for production economics, customer requirements, competitive positioning, and profitability objectives.
Oversee the development and negotiation of supply, distribution, private-label, and other strategic commercial agreements.
Strengthen sales forecasting, CRM adoption, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting to support informed business decisions.
Align marketing programs, digital outreach, scientific content, and industry engagement with business development priorities.
Partner with technical, manufacturing, and quality teams to translate customer requirements into commercially viable solutions.
Build a scalable commercial organization through talent development, process improvement, and disciplined execution.
Skill Set:

10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within biological materials, life sciences reagents, or closely related manufacturing environments.
5+ years in a senior commercial leadership position with direct accountability for financial performance, revenue generation, and profitability.
Demonstrated success leading both sales and marketing functions, including business development and customer relationship management.
Direct commercial experience with at least one of the following product categories: biological proteins and blood-derived materials, polyclonal antibodies, or specialized pathogen-controlled research animal products.
Established customer relationships within relevant diagnostic, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or scientific research markets, with the ability to generate new business opportunities.
Experience structuring complex commercial agreements involving recurring supply, distribution partnerships, contract pricing, or private-label arrangements.
Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including product costing, margin analysis, pricing models, and commercial forecasting.
Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales performance, customer engagement, and pipeline accountability.
Ability to translate technical product knowledge into compelling commercial value propositions for sophisticated scientific buyers.
Proven success in driving collaboration across departments, building effective teams, and guiding business expansion through periods of organizational change.
Experience with international commercial channels, business transformation, or scaling specialized product lines is highly valued.
A bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline is advantageous. Advanced education is a plus.
Willingness to travel regularly and maintain a consistent onsite presence in Northwest Arkansas
