About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President for System Finance to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be part of a high-quality organization with a strong culture, dedicated to making a significant impact in the communities it serves. This role is pivotal in overseeing System Finance, Construction & Real Estate, the Health Plan, Institutional Investments, and Revenue Cycle. The EVP will be a key leader, demonstrating superior leadership and a commitment to the values that make the organization special. A background in pediatric healthcare and a minimum of ten years' senior-level finance experience in large, complex, high-performing systems are essential. The ideal EVP will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record in financial management, particularly in the healthcare sector. They should be prepared to lead in a time of growth and expansion, with a focus on strategic investments and a commitment to the organization's mission. The role requires a humble and highly visible leader, invested in the growth and development of their teams, and fully aligned with the vision and supportive culture of the organization.
