The successful candidate will be the operational leader, partnering closely with the Founder & CEO to drive sustainable expansion and cultivate a people-first culture. This role is all about ensuring that every team member and customer experience reflects the company's mission and values. The COO will be responsible for providing operational leadership across various business areas, establishing and monitoring company metrics, budgets, and processes, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization. A key aspect of the role is to coach and develop the leadership team, create and improve systems for efficiency, and oversee the organizational structure and talent planning to support sustainable growth. Applicants for the Chief Operating Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in operations, hospitality, retail, food manufacturing, distribution, or related industries, with at least 5 years in a management role. The role requires a proven track record in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing teams, as well as strong financial management skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in multi-unit or multi-department operations, be familiar with various business systems, and operate with a coaching mindset. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and experience with business frameworks such as EOS is a plus.
