We’re looking for a detail-driven, self-motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join a growing manufacturing team in Pasadena, TX! This isn’t your typical QA role — you’ll be involved in audits, process improvement, calibration, and quality systems while helping support and improve operations at a newer site. If you enjoy problem-solving, improving processes, and working across teams, this is a great opportunity. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting process improvement initiatives Assisting with internal and external audits Maintaining ISO 9001 quality systems and documentation Coordinating calibration tracking and support Updating SOPs, work instructions, and quality documents Collaborating with engineering, production, and operations teams Identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency What You Bring 3–7 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience with ISO 9001 / QMS systems Exposure to audits, document control, and compliance processes Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and with a team Bonus Points If You Have Experience in oil & gas, energy, or valve manufacturing Calibration or lab support experience Auditor certification Lean or Six Sigma experience Experience with SharePoint or document systems Work Environment Onsite role in a manufacturing setting Collaborative team environment (~20 people across quality functions) Opportunity to support a growing site with evolving processes Ready to take the next step in your QA career?
