In this role, you partner closely with senior business leaders in the Americas and locally at the Hudson site, while being part of a Sweden‑based management structure. You operate at both strategic and operational levels, helping leaders drive performance, build strong organizational culture, and develop future talent across borders.This is a highly visible role within a global HR team supporting around 1,200 employees in 30+ countries, ideal for someone motivated by complexity, collaboration, and impact in an international matrix organization. You will join a collaborative HR team that values trust, professionalism, practical solutions, and close partnership with the business.What you’ll doAct as a trusted advisor and coach to senior business leaders in the Americas and globally on people, culture, and organizational effectivenessUse data-driven insights to influence decisions and deliver practical human resources solutionsLead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning for critical rolesDrive performance management, talent reviews, and reward processes aligned to business prioritiesPartner with leaders on employee engagement, change initiatives, and cultural developmentManage employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and mitigation of riskOversee recruiting and selection processes, ensuring quality, fairness, and integrityLead, coach, and develop 1–2 Human Resources Business Partners based in the USWhat you needStrong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to operate effectively in an international, matrix organizationExperience across employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational developmentAbility to use digital and AI-enabled tools to improve HR effectivenessConfidence in designing and facilitating training sessions for senior managersExperience working with compensation frameworks and job architectureLeadership experience, including people management – preferredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldFluent English communication skills, written and spokenWillingness to work primarily on-site five days per week, with some flexibilityWhat we offerA senior, internationally exposed role with significant influenceCollaboration with global leaders across regions and culturesA performance-oriented environment where output matters more than hoursA strong, connected global HR communityWhat happens nextApplications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, with candidate assessments starting mid-August.
