Excellent critical thinking, listening and interpersonal communication skills. Genuine love and excitement for raising money in support of a Mission you’re passionate about. Ability to travel at least 50% of the time. You might also have Experience developing new business, including inside sales. A track record of raising five and six figure gifts while maintaining donor relationship across a large portfolio. Success in a variety of fundraising, sales, or business development environments that prepares you for success in fundraising. Intellectual curiosity to innovate and experiment with creative solutions. Location This position is located in the Greater Cincinnati Area.
