Operations Specialist

Pay Range: $19.36 - $25.81 Responsibilities Process a variety of moderately complex monetary/non‑monetary transactions and/or tasks as assigned, providing guidance to teammates, resolving exceptions, and interacting with vendors and project teams. Provide support to internal and/or external customers and department teammates, cross‑train, and cover other team duties as required. Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position; ensure adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, focusing on risk and fraud mitigation. Uphold service level standards under normal conditions. Develop and update procedures in conjunction with the supervisor and assist with employee training and onboarding. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Associate’s degree and 2 years’ experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience preferred. Skills and Abilities Developed analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to follow procedures and interrogate data required. Basic organizational skills required. Good communication skills (written and oral) required. Accounting and computer skills preferred. Ability to deliver high quality work in a friendly and fast‑paced environment. Ability and willingness to learn new skills. Physical Requirements Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers. Stationary 75% of time or greater.
