Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in a 41 OR unit at a Level 1 trauma center.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.
• Float between shifts starting at 0645, 0845, and 1045 with weekend rotations as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal care for surgical patients.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation using Epic.
• Adapt to varying surgical cases, including general, GU/GYN, neuro, ENT, and plastic surgeries.

Qualifications

• Current AHA BLS certification and CO or compact RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of OR experience in a Level 1 or 2 trauma center.
• Proficiency in Epic electronic health records required.
• Able to circulate an emergent craniotomy and a wide range of surgical procedures.
• Prior experience in high-acuity settings with complex cases such as traumas.
• No first-time travelers; prior travel experience preferred.
