What does it take to be qualified?
- Active Funeral Director & Embalmer license (or ability to reciprocate)
- 2+ years of funeral directing experience
- A teamfocused mindset with a genuine commitment to caring for families and prep room operations
- Manage funeral arrangements, services, embalmings, casketing/cosmetizing
- Meet with families with professionalism and care
- Prepare and oversee visitations, funerals, and memorial services
- Complete all administrative and regulatory documentation accurately on time
- Maintain licensure and certifications in compliance with state and industry requirements
- Support daytoday operations as needed
