Pay Range: $55 - $60/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive) Introduction We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks ensuring the highest quality of software delivery across our products. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing
- Proficiency in writing and executing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
- Ability to develop and maintain API test automation using Rest Assured, Postman, or Karate
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Experience conducting code reviews for test scripts and mentoring junior QA engineers
- Familiarity with performance and load testing using JMeter, Gatling, or k6
- Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure shift-left testing practices
- Lead test strategy and planning - defining scope, approach, and coverage for complex features
- Track and report test coverage, defect metrics, and quality KPIs to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and best practices
