Position Overview

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Puller to join our team in Wilsonville, OR. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment within our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pull orders based on pick tickets or system instructions
Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy
Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks; forklift experience a plus)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
