We are able to accept Medicaid for our residents who have outlived their funds in our skilled nursing setting. Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Responsibilities include supervising the day-to-day operations of the identified unit, adhering to community standards, and maintaining the highest degree of quality care at all times. Remains in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications include a graduate from an accredited nursing school, a minimum of one to three years of experience in nursing service administration with one year of management experience preferred. Additional education or experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred. Current RN state nursing certification in good standing with no actions on nursing license. CPR and First Aid certifications must be current.
