Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans designed to address specific patient needs, including orthopedic post-operative care.
• Administer hands-on therapy through targeted exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to facilitate pain relief, muscle strengthening, and improved joint mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment protocols as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients about their treatment plans, including proper exercise techniques and at-home care instructions, to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care, providing updates and insights into patient conditions during team discussions.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily interact with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent higher education qualification.

Compensation and Benefits
