Job Description Assistant/Associate Designer — Junior’s / Kids category Location Los Angeles, CA (On-site) We are looking for a hands-on Assistant/Associate Designer with experience in junior’s, kids or tween business to support a busy design team. This is a temp to hire or fulltime opportunity. What You’ll Do Create clean, feminine fashion sketches and flats in Adobe Illustrator. Translate concepts into sketches that clearly communicate construction and fit intent. Partner with the Design Director on seasonal development, updates, and revisions. Support line development across juniors, kids and maybe women’s/ missy categories. Assist with design updates and other development needs as they come up. What We’re Looking For Experience as a Design Assistant or Associate Designer in private label preferred Strong Adobe Illustrator skills, especially flat sketching and silhouette development. Solid understanding of garment construction and fit. Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and openness to feedback. on-site five days per week in Los Angeles. Start date: ASAP.
