Our mission
Keep production moving, safely and efficiently. As a Plant Equipment Reliability Mechanic, you’ll be the problem-solver who prevents failures, shortens downtime, and elevates machine performance across the facility.
Impact you’ll make- Install, modify, maintain, repair, and rebuild plant and facility equipment
- Drive a robust preventive maintenance program to catch issues early
- Inspect, clean, lubricate, adjust, and repair machinery for peak efficiency
- Support production with rapid changeovers and precise machine setups
- Dismantle equipment to access fault points and execute targeted repairs
- Replace or install mechanical components and assemblies as needed
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic concerns to root cause
- Champion a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all procedures
- Respond quickly to service calls to minimize unplanned downtime
- 3+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance performing PMs, diagnostics, and equipment repairs OR equivalent trade school, technical certification, or formal maintenance training
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and systematic troubleshooting skills
- Experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery
- Proficiency with pneumatics, hydraulics, temperature/pressure gauges, and core mechanical systems/components
- Ability to read and apply technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering safety mindset
- Background in high-speed manufacturing or packaging
- Welding, fabrication, or electrical troubleshooting experience
- Exposure to PLC troubleshooting
