Pay & Benefits

Pay Package: Two-year guaranteed base salary starting at $600,000+

Additional Compensation: $50,000 signing bonus, $2,000/month residency/fellowship stipend, up to $100,000 student loan repayment over five years

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care including consultations, surgical procedures, follow-up visits, and in-office treatments
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty teams to coordinate patient management
• Participate in scheduled call rotations for inpatient and outpatient coverage
• Document medical encounters utilizing Epic EMR system
• Operate within a modern, multi-specialty facility with advanced ORs and support services
• Engage in patient- and family-centered care promoting optimal outcomes
• Work with experienced clinical staff, APPs, and CRNA team to deliver high-quality services
• Support teaching and mentoring of advance practice providers and staff as needed
• Follow hospital policies on safety, documentation, and care standards

What You Need

Required:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• DEA registration for controlled substances
• Valid Missouri medical license or ability to obtain one
• Minimum 2 years orthopedic experience preferred

Preferred:

• Experience with inpatient hospital care and outpatient procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
