Call Center Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a Call Center Representative for a contract/temporary opportunity in San Juan, PR within the healthcare services industry. The Call Center Representative will support inbound and outbound customer interactions while maintaining accurate records and following established procedures. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Assist customers with questions, requests, account information, and service-related concerns. Document customer interactions accurately in the appropriate systems. Follow established call center procedures, escalation guidelines, and compliance expectations. Provide timely follow-up to help ensure customer needs are resolved. Perform administrative support and data entry tasks as needed. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $12 per hour. Required Qualifications and Skills Handle customer service calls in a healthcare services call center environment. Document customer information and call details accurately. Assist with customer inquiries, requests, and follow-up needs. Support administrative and data entry tasks as assigned. 1-2 years of related experience preferred or relevant customer service experience. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to provide professional, patient, and helpful customer support. Comfortable using computer systems to enter, update, and retrieve information. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to follow procedures, manage multiple tasks, and remain calm in a fast-paced call center environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous call center experience. Experience in healthcare services, insurance, medical office support, or patient/customer service. Bilingual communication skills may be helpful for supporting a diverse customer population.
