Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I was an aspirant team member preparing for agency ownership. Prior to insurance, I owned and operated a veterinary hospital for 14 years, building it from the ground up, and also ran a consulting firm focused on helping small businesses grow and succeed. I’m married and a proud father of four, and family is extremely important to me. My wife is a psychiatric nurse practitioner, so mental health and maintaining balance are values we take seriously both personally and professionally. I stay very active in the local community through involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and enjoy building strong relationships within the area we serve. Our office is located in a beautiful 100-year-old home in a historic town, which gives the agency a unique and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
