Quick Facts Location: Cottonwood, AZ Start Date: 08/31/2026 End Date: 11/30/2026 Shift: Day shift, 5 days/week, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (10-hour days) Hours/week: 50 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: AZ License, ACLS, BLS Experience: Minimum 2 years in Cardiology Support Staff: MA, PCT, Nurse, PA support for inpatient/outpatient care Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $333.45 Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program What You’ll Do Provide cardiology consultations for adult patients, primarily 60+ age group Perform in-house cardiac catheterizations and procedures for your own patients Support in outpatient clinics and inpatient settings as part of a cardiovascular team Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management Collaborate closely with support staff and multidisciplinary teams Deliver high-quality care in a busy cardiovascular institute setting—seeing approximately 18–24 patients daily What You Need Required: Board Certification in Cardiology Active Arizona Medical License or IMLC LOQ ACLS and BLS certifications Minimum 2 years of cardiology practice experience Preferred: Interpersonal and relational skills with staff and patients Experience performing cardiac cath procedures About the Assignment You will join a reputable cardiovascular institute committed to high standards of patient care, located in Cottonwood, AZ.
