About the Role:
The Mable Partners LLC is looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team in beautiful Sarasota, FL! If you love crafting exceptional coffee experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient counter service
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and accurately
- Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and communicate low stock to management
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous barista or food & beverage experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash or POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
