This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork are essential for success in this role. Essential Job Duties Perform shipping duties including picking and packing customer orders Support the shipment of finished goods produced for sale Assist with production and storage of goods destined for customers Maintain an adequate supply of shipping materials at your workstation Accurately interpret picking tickets and enter information into scanners Package materials according to visual aids and specific packaging requirements Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities HS Diploma/GED required 1+year of factory-related shipping experience Ability to navigate scanner menus and enter accurate information Knowledge of warehouse configurations and item labeling Familiarity with proper packaging methods Ability to read and interpret a tape measure Experience using common material handling equipment including a pallet jack, scanner, and hand tools Please send your resume to waukesha @seekcareers.com .
