Job Summary (in list format):
- Full-time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) position in North Carolina, open from 10/26/26 to 9/27/27
- Up to 40 hours per week, typical schedule is 7am-3pm
- District-wide role covering all age groups; some travel between schools required
- Provides overall support to the behavioral team rather than managing a specific caseload
- Supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conducts behavioral assessments and develops intervention plans
- Teaches and models ABA-based interventions to staff
- Delivers direct intervention services to students as needed
- Trains staff and evaluates student progress and program effectiveness
- Serves on District Autism and School Leadership Teams
- Assists with student identification and placement decisions
- Requires NC BCBA certification (LPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience with autism, developmental disabilities, or mental health disorders
- Experience managing severely challenging behaviors and implementing related intervention strategies
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, clinical decision-making, and evidence-based practices
- Excellent management, leadership, and clinical skills
