Compensation:$25 - $29 hourly
Responsibilities:We are looking for someone who is ambitious and driven; looking for the opportunity to learn new things and collaborate with teammates. We need someone who looks forward to challenges and building relationships with clients. If you are a thoughtful problem solver in the midst of chaos, and you know how to prioritize in order to meet deadlines, you may be just the person we're looking for!
Your role is multi-dimensional. You will support the Listing Team by writing listing descriptions, input listings into the MLS, monitor and update listings online, create dynamic marketing materials, and work with sellers to ensure their home's marketing is stellar on every possible avenue. All while growing with the team and being a strong player in helping them to achieve their goals, and yours.
This position offers tons of room to grow and learn for the motivated self-starter who's not afraid to share their ideas, streamline existing processes, and take the bull by the horns.
Applicants must have an Active Real Estate License.
You need to know your way around a computer. You need to be proficient in Word, Excel, and Publisher; Google Suite of Services; and Design Programs such as InDesign and Photoshop.
Writing skills are very important! You need to be able to look at photos and virtual tours of a home and write a compelling description that will make buyers want to see it! You should have excellent grammar and be a proficient speller.
Those with experience using MLS systems are encouraged to apply. If you've ever used social media to generate business, that's a bonus!
