Sales Operations Coordinator Location: Fort Collins, CO (100% Onsite) Pay rate: $24.00 per hour Temporary Opportunity with Potential for Temp-to-Hire Monday-Friday | Standard Business Hours Adecco is currently seeking a polished, customer-focused Sales Administrative Support professional to join a growing team in Fort Collins! What You'll Do: Process and enter customer orders with a high degree of accuracy Provide professional support to customers regarding orders, invoices, and order status updates Perform customer account setup and maintenance activities Assist with finance and credit coordination processes Maintain accurate customer and system data across multiple platforms Support customer account administration and documentation activities Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics support Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences Create and maintain shipping documentation and export paperwork (for select positions) What We're Looking For: Previous sales support, inside sales, customer service, or administrative experience Professional, polished, and customer-facing demeanor Strong communication and relationship-building skills Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams Ability to interview via Microsoft Teams and attend onsite interviews as needed Updated resume reflecting relevant qualifications and experience Why Apply?
