Join Our Team as a Wellness Nurse (RN/LPN)

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Wellness Nurse to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our assisted living and memory care community. This position is essential for ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments of residents' health and wellness.
Administer medications and provide necessary treatments.
Develop and coordinate personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
Work collaboratively with physicians, families, and care staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Promote resident well-being through health education and monitoring of any changes in condition.
Encourage a safe environment for all residents.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current RN or LPN license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate approach to resident care.
