Senior Legal Analyst

Supporting the General Counsel and Legal Department, the full-time remote Senior Legal Analyst will manage regulatory filings, assist with legal due diligence for acquisitions, and maintain corporate documents and databases. Key responsibilities: Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including pharmacy licenses and DEA registrations Assist with legal and compliance due diligence on acquisition targets and manage integration of new locations Maintain corporate formation documents and oversee the formation of new entities Required qualifications: College degree strongly preferred Pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred but not required Contract management experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with AI legal tools Ability to work remotely with travel as needed
