Performance Team handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Our integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks, so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. Summary: Organize and update the yard on a daily basis. Ensures that all materials needed for the yard and facility come in as ordered and expected.

Responsibilities:

• Gate trailers and containers in and out of the yard by using the company software system.
• Walk the yard twice daily to ensure its accuracy.
• Assist warehouse team in routing and shipping of materials with outbound equipment.
• Work with the dispatch team to ensure that trailer transfers from building to building occur without fail.
• Equipment inventory and verification
• Container and chassis inspections and cleaning
• Verify container pool.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment (trailers, containers)
• Ensuring yard layout is maintained per company expectations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
• Must be knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft applications.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be a team player with the ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) rules and regulations

Pay Range:

$23.00 hourly-$25.00 hourly

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
