Senior Recruiter (Talent Sourcing)

Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Senior Recruiter (Sourcing Focus) Location: Plano, TX (100% Onsite 5 Days/Week) Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension) We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong sourcing background to support a growing recruitment organization. This role will focus on identifying and engaging passive talent for hard-to-fill positions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive sourcer with deep expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and experience partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build high-quality candidate pipelines. Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and talent market conditions. Build talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions across various business functions. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates. Conduct candidate outreach, initial screening, and talent assessment activities. Present qualified candidate slates to recruiting teams and hiring stakeholders. Maintain candidate information and recruiting activities within ATS systems. Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support hiring efforts. Support recruitment initiatives while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. Required Qualifications 8 10 years of recruiting and/or talent sourcing experience. Strong experience sourcing passive candidates for professional-level positions. Expert-level experience using LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience working with Workday or similar ATS platforms. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with Greenhouse ATS. Experience recruiting within consumer products, retail, food & beverage, or other product-based organizations. Experience supporting corporate functions and business-facing roles. Work Environment 100% onsite in Plano, TX. Collaborative team environment.
