Construction Manager

Our client, a U.S.-based infrastructure services organization, delivers end-to-end water infrastructure renewal solutions across municipal and industrial environments. The business operates a vertically integrated platform and is focused on driving operational execution, safety, and scalable growth across projects and regions. The Construction Manager will lead field execution across multiple active projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification. This role plays a key part in coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders while maintaining strong alignment with project goals and client expectations. The Environment This role operates within a field-driven construction and infrastructure services environment, supporting trenchless pipeline rehabilitation and underground utility projects. The environment is fast-paced and highly execution-focused, requiring strong on-site leadership, coordination across multiple crews, and the ability to manage shifting priorities. The role involves significant travel to job sites across the region. Key Focus Areas & What Success Looks Like Consistent execution across projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence Effective coordination of field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders Strong management of construction schedules and project timelines Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum Clear communication with clients, project managers, and internal teams Maintenance of high standards across HSE, quality, and scope delivery 8+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or underground utility environments 3+ years in a field leadership or supervisory role Experience in trenchless or CIPP environments required Strong understanding of construction schedules, scope, and field execution Proven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors Client-facing experience with strong communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Index Search Group
