Digital Marketing SpecialistOur client is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. This unique hybrid role combines digital marketing leadership with executive support, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across both their corporate brand and expanding portfolio of marina and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) investments. This individual will lead digital marketing initiatives, enhance the company's online presence, and support strategic business growth. In addition, this role will provide high-level executive support, ensuring day-to-day operations remain organized and efficient. Compensation: $65-95k based on experience Location: Uptown Dallas, TX (Onsite) Type: Direct HireResponsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that strengthen the brand and support its portfolio companies.Manage all search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives to improve organic search rankings, website visibility, and lead generation.Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.Conduct A/B testing on websites, landing pages, advertisements and email campaigns to improve user engagement and conversion rates.Create compelling digital content including website copy, blogs, email marketing campaigns, social media content, presentations and promotional materials.Manage social media strategy, content calendars and audience engagement across multiple brands and locations.Maintain, update and continuously improve company and portfolio websites to ensure content remains accurate, engaging and optimized.Research, evaluate and implement AI-powered marketing tools that improve efficiency, automate workflows and enhance customer engagement.Monitor website analytics, advertising performance, and campaign metrics while providing recommendations to maximize return on investment.Collaborate with leadership and marina management teams to promote events, customer experiences, and portfolio initiatives while ensuring consistent brand messaging.Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling priorities, and meeting coordination.Coordinate domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, transportation and detailed itineraries.Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.Organize meetings, presentations, board materials, and special projects.Conduct research and assist with strategic initiatives as requested.Maintain confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage competing priorities to maximize efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.3+ years of experience in digital marketing, executive support, or a combination of both.Demonstrated experience with SEO, paid digital advertising, and website management.Experience managing content management systems such as WordPress, Squarespace or similar platforms.Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and other digital marketing tools.Experience conducting A/B testing and utilizing performance data to optimize campaigns.Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT and other emerging technologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is preferred.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $65,000.00 - $95,000.00All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
